What we collect
Details you give us in the booking form: your first name, email address, role, company website, why you want the call, and how ready you are to act on it.
Booking details you enter in Calendly when you pick a time.
Usage data such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, video progress, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
Why we use it
To schedule and prepare your call, to reply to you, to follow up about our services, to measure and improve the site, and to measure how our advertising performs.
Cookies and tracking
We set a first-party visitor ID cookie and a cookie that remembers which version of a page you saw, so the site stays consistent between visits.
We also use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. You can block cookies in your browser and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site: Netlify for hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for storing form responses, and Meta for ad measurement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Form and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails from us, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or India’s DPDP Act. Email info@theleveragecompany.co and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
